Service  Include:

  • Unlimited consultations in person, through teleconference or via e-mail during the planning process {within normal business hours, travel fee assessed if the meeting is more than 30 miles round trip from the wedding planners home/office}


  • Assistance with locating appropriate venues for all related activities {refer up to three vendors per activity}

  • Review of event contracts or service agreements

  • Budget construction, implementation & management throughout the planning process

  • Scheduling appointments with contracted vendors

  • Attendance at meetings with contracted vendors {travel fee assessed if the meeting is more than 30 miles round trip from the wedding planners home/office}

  • Detailed follow up with vendors & service provides during the planning process

  • Provide a vendor list after all vendors have been selected and confirmed

  • Point of contact for all vendor during event

  • Manage and schedule all vendor setup and deliveries

  • Track payments and due date for vendors

  • Attendance at final sessions with selected caterer and banquet hall site managers

  • Detailed checklist and timeline during the course of the planning process

  • Detailed setting arrangement

  • Attendance & participation at menu tasting with selected caterer

  • Assistance with obtaining lodging for Out-Of-Town guests

  • Advisement & recommendations for music/entertainment selections

  • Final vendor confirmations/follow-up approximately three weeks prior to event

  • Tracking of event invitations and responses

  • Confirmation call to all invitee that did not responses two weeks before the event

  • Day of management including at least one assistant – twelve (12) hours of consecutive time. Coordinate, manage, and troubleshoot to create a memory you will never forget  {supervision of your event, director of setup at event sites}
