
Service Include:

Unlimited consultations in person, through teleconference or via e-mail during the planning process {within normal business hours, travel fee assessed if the meeting is more than 30 miles round trip from the wedding planners home/office}

Assistance with locating appropriate venues for all related activities {refer up to three vendors per activity}

Review of event contracts or service agreements

Budget construction, implementation & management throughout the planning process

Scheduling appointments with contracted vendors

Attendance at meetings with contracted vendors {travel fee assessed if the meeting is more than 30 miles round trip from the wedding planners home/office}

Detailed follow up with vendors & service provides during the planning process

Provide a vendor list after all vendors have been selected and confirmed

Point of contact for all vendor during event

Manage and schedule all vendor setup and deliveries

Track payments and due date for vendors

Attendance at final sessions with selected caterer and banquet hall site managers

Detailed checklist and timeline during the course of the planning process

Detailed setting arrangement

Attendance & participation at menu tasting with selected caterer

Assistance with obtaining lodging for Out-Of-Town guests

Advisement & recommendations for music/entertainment selections

Final vendor confirmations/follow-up approximately three weeks prior to event

Tracking of event invitations and responses

Confirmation call to all invitee that did not responses two weeks before the event

Day of management including at least one assistant – twelve (12) hours of consecutive time. Coordinate, manage, and troubleshoot to create a memory you will never forget {supervision of your event, director of setup at event sites}
