Service  Include

  • Assistance with locating appropriate venues for all wedding and/or reception related activities {refer up to three vendors per activity}

  • Review of wedding and/or reception contracts or service agreements

  • Unlimited telephone calls {within normal business hours}

  • Unlimited E-mail {within normal business hours}  


  • Budget construction, implementation & management throughout the planning process

  • Detailed checklist and timeline during the course of the planning process

  • Detailed time for couple, officiant and contracted vendors

  • Track payments and due date for vendors

  • Attendance at final sessions with selected caterer, ceremony, and banquet hall site managers

  • Two (2) informational wedding party newsletters

  • Wedding information for wedding party members {direction/maps, itinerary, music score, ceremony outline}

  • Menu consultation, attendance & participation at menu tasting with selected caterer

  • Assistance whit obtaining lodging for Out-of-Town guests

  • Events itinerary for Out-of-Town guests

  • Assistance and advice with wedding and/or reception stationery selection and wording

  • Advisement and recommendations for music/entertainment selections

  • Ongoing etiquette advisement

  • Provide information on changing name

  • Provide information on obtaining marriage license

  • Final vendor confirmations/follow-up approximately three weeks prior to wedding and/or reception

  • Rehearsal of wedding day order, 1.5 hours {An applicable fee of $200 per ½ hour over time will be applied}

  • Tracking of wedding and/or reception invitations and responses

  • Confirmation call to all invitee that did not responses two weeks before the wedding and/or reception

  • Return of small wedding related items {marriage certificate, guests book, aisle runner, cake cutter, and unity candles/sand kit}

  • Day of management including at least one assistant – twelve (12) hours of consecutive time. Coordinate, manage, and troubleshoot to create a memory you will never forget  {supervision of your wedding and/or reception, director of setup at wedding and/or reception sites, managing the time and the flow of the day}
